Could you provide support to older people? Primary Source Care are currently recruiting for Care Assistants to work at our client's adult residential service in Haslingden, Rossendale, Lancashire providing high quality care to adults aged 60 and over with a range of health needs.
Full time, part time and ad-hoc positions available, with hourly rates of pay ranging from £8.50 - £10.00. Current Vacancies - 1 x full time night care assistant.
About the role: Our client is a Grade II listed building offering residential accommodation and personal care to 13 older people and 2 older people with a physical disability. They require a full time night care assistant to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all of their residents. You will be required to follow care plans and to report any incidents or concerns, whilst catering for residents' needs.
What we need from you: You will need to have at least six months' experience working in a care/supported living environment, and ideally hold a Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care, although it is more important that you have a positive, can-do attitude and the willingness to undertake further on-the-job training. All successful candidates will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check (paid for by Primary Source Care) before they can commence working with service users.
