About the role: Our client is the leading independent provider of care homes in the South West region, with homes in Devon, Cornwall, Somerset and Avon. Their philosophy is to encourage and support their residents in making choices, in being independent. Making the decision to move into one of their homes does not mean giving up independence. In their homes, our client creates a relaxed and happy atmosphere. They understand that people value their privacy and independence, yet appreciate the benefits of companionship and the reassurance that help is on hand if needed.
Our clients' residents can all enjoy the confidence that, should the need arise, they are at their service, but they strive to support and encourage their ability to choose and so to maintain independence wherever possible.
