We are currently looking for highly customer-focused and enthusiastic IT Engineer to join our mobile team providing IT support and excellent customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will at least have base level knowledge of IT support issues but possess excellent communication and presentation skills as full training and ongoing development will be provided.

As a mobile engineer you will predominately cover Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey and London so being based in these areas would be preferred. Day to day activities include resolving a wide variety of desktop software and hardware issues and requests, while minimizing disruption to our users.

Essential Skills:

  • Applicant must have a full valid UK drivers licence.
  • Resolution of PC software and basic hardware issues.
  • Some knowledge or experience in the below would be advantageous:
    • MS Windows Operating Systems
    • MS Exchange
    • MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • MS Outlook 2007/2010
    • Antivirus applications
    • Remote desktop takeover tools
    • Desktop/printer configurations
    • Good communication/relationship skills
    • Experience of working in an IT support environment
    • Building (o/s and required software) and deploying PCs (desktop and notebook)
    • Knowledge of handheld devices
