We are looking for a Modern Apprentice who is enthusiastic with a genuine interest in solving people's IT issues and empathetic to customer needs and requirements. You will join the business on a 2 year apprenticeship scheme with the scope to move to a full time permanent position.
The successful candidate will be someone who can blend first rate customer service skills with hands on IT support. Responsibilities will include providing end user workplace support through a mixture of remote tools, telephone assistance and deskside support. Take ownership and management of tickets, including responsibility for the resolution and timely functional escalation within contracted SLAs. The role is based on client site and looking after approximately 500 users.
Full training will be provided by an assigned apprenticeship provider as well as learning and contributing to the onsite team.
