Are you a Senior Administrator with audio typing skills or are you an experienced Secretary seeking reduced hours? Our client based in the centre of Bristol is keen to meet with individuals who are looking for a business support role offered on a Part Time, Permanent basis. This role will work alongside and support a number of people, whilst reporting into the PA to the head of department. The firm have asked that we seek individuals who are looking for 25 hours of work per week - covered over five days per week, so five hours per day.

Duties:

  • Admin support to the team.
  • Audio and copy typing of letters, reports, files and memos.
  • Dealing with the post.
  • Completing new client documents.
  • Input of time sheets.
  • Answer incoming department phone calls.
  • Arrange appointments, meetings and lunches.
  • Book meeting rooms.
  • Call clients to arrange meetings.
  • Book travel arrangements.

This role is ideally suited to someone in a similar position looking for a change in firm, or someone working in a full-time post but looking to reduce their hours. Applicants must have good Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint skills. Be good at planning and organising. Be a team player who enjoys offering excellent customer service. Applicants need to be smart, easy to communicate with and enjoy producing work to a high standard. This firm have over 13 offices in the UK and employ nearly 2000 members of staff. Free parking isn’t available with this role, but their modern, open plan office can be found near to public transport routes and Temple Meads train station.
