A fantastic opportunity has come about with a large employer in Bristol. This role would suit a switched on, GCSE/A Level (or equivalent) individual who is looking for their first full-time, office-based admin role. Grades C or above in Maths and English GCSE will be required.
Working within their Business Support Team, this role will involve:
- Providing high level administrative support to the legal teams (and Senior PAs) and other areas of the business, when requested.
- Distributing and collating morning and afternoon post.
- Generating and processing account forms.
- Managing deeds including checking deeds, typing schedules, assisting with deed audits, requesting, returning and posting deeds out.
- Liaising with deed coordinators of key clients.
- Assisting with all aspects of billing.
- Updating and maintaining extranets both internal and client based.
- Using Land Registry and Searchflow to order searches and documents.
- Assisting with travel and accommodation requests.
- Dictation (copy typing).
- Phone cover.
Applicants will need to have excellent attention to detail, good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook). Happy to copy type (you won't need to be the fastest typist in Bristol!). Have good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and be organised.
Hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9.30am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch. Salary will be dependent on experience.
Although we aren't looking specifically for office-based experience, any work history such as a Saturday or summer job would be great, just to show that you are a good time keeper, reliable, hardworking etc.
