Blake and Blake Recruitment are pleased to be working with an International firm who are currently seeking an experienced PA to join their Projects team on a Full Time, Permanent basis. The role will attract an individual who is happy to provide a highly professional, proactive PA service to a number of busy individuals.
With very well known high profile clients, the PA will develop and maintain excellent relationships with them, arrange travel, conference bookings and meeting rooms. Responsibilities include:
- Diary management for senior staff
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Billing and assisting with accounts duties
- Monitoring mail boxes
- Preparing expenses
- Production of documentation
- General administration when needed
Working alongside a number of other PAs, the responsibilities and duties will vary each day and should make the role interesting and busy. We would be pleased to hear from individuals with similar PA experience (at least three years within a similar role). Like any good PA, you will be organised, enthusiastic, take pride in your work and be able to work under pressure at times. You will be an excellent communicator, be smartly dressed and have good IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Working within a modern environment where employees are encouraged to make the most of their talent and promote from within. Their office can be found in a very central part of Bristol with excellent public transport links close by (unfortunately parking isn’t available with this role).
