Are you a data focused individual, experienced in key account support with a strong advanced knowledge of MS Excel? LHR are exclusively partnered with a large scale, multi-site niche business based in Blackburn. Our client works with businesses and local authorities to recycle and repurpose materials, and they are now looking to add a Data Administrator to their busy team. This is a great opportunity to work for a leading B2B business, liaising and supporting with some of their key clients.
Key Duties of the Data Administrator:
- Understand, analyse, and manage all data for our Production team
- Liaise with key clients to provide Management Information and deal with queries, questions and information gathering
- Produce clear reports to support management decisions and investigate opportunities
- Analyse problems, benefits, and options
- Gather input from around the business
- Communicate MI and findings and options to key stakeholders
- Administrative support to the Production team, processing orders, collections & despatch data
- Provide data evidence and analytics to support decision making and drive improvement
- Work alongside managers and teams within the business to establish business needs
The Successful Data Administrator:
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, experienced in using Pivot tables, producing reports and Management Information
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Able to build relationships with high value customers and internal colleagues as well as management
- Proven experience in analysing and reporting on data and data management
- Experience of working with clients to enable their understanding and use of their data to help improve our service to them and problem solve
- To be proactive, inquisitive and solutions focused and be well organised
