LH-Recruitment are currently recruiting for the position of Sales Manager to look after both of our client's brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our client's sales team in winning new business whilst nurturing existing clients. Fundamentally, you will be motivated by sales targets and you will use your strong account management skills to meet and exceed agreed KPI's.
We're looking for someone to bring their knowledge and experience and hit the ground running. A minimum of two years operating at a similar level is required.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:- Build and maintain successful customer relationships identifying opportunities and drive achievement of the business plan. Show solid and sustainable growth.
- Communication with customers.
- Engage in a hands-on approach, visiting clients and potential clients where necessary.
- Attend key exhibitions as an exhibitor.
- Provide constant transparency of activities.
- Provide accurate sales reporting.
- Manage margins in line with company expectations.
- Maintain Customer Relationship Management software accuracy, by logging opportunities as they arise and until completion (Act).
- Reporting data and KPI's for monthly reporting.
- Identify patterns in orders and demand from customers.
Along with a great working environment, our client offers regular social events, private health care & childcare vouchers. Our client is offering a salary of £28-30k base, OTE and Car or Car Allowance.
