Due to continued growth of the business, LH-Recruitment are looking for an internal recruiter to join our clients' business. You will be supporting the recruitment manager in maintaining high volume recruitment over multiple locations. The successful candidate will ideally hold a HR or Recruitment qualification and will also have previous experience working within a recruitment environment. It is essential that you have strong organisational and communication skills and enjoy working within a fast-paced, pressured environment. Previous recruitment/resourcing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Recruitment Manager in high volume recruiting across multi sites.
- Managing and maintaining direct hiring through online and offline channels.
- Matching and telephone screening relevant candidates to vacancies.
- Organising interviews and sending relevant tests and appointments.
- Provide feedback to hiring managers, candidates and agencies.
- Full administrative support to the recruitment process including uploading job specs on to job boards, LinkedIn and internal systems.
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is in line with the resourcing standards to enable the organisation to identify and attract key people with the capability to create competitive advantage.
- Negotiating offers and ensuring all paperwork is sent to prospective employees.
- Liaising with the Talent and Engagement Team to ensure successful on-boarding for all new starters.
- Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers.
- Support Training on the Recruitment Process, Interview Workshops and Competency workshops.
- Support Sales Assessment days on site.
This role will suit somebody who is results driven and motivated to achieve targets, ideally with a full UK driving license.
Salary - £18,000-£20,000
