We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our Retail based client's head office in Huncoat. These roles start on Monday 2nd November, and they are temporary through until the end of January.
The shift pattern is 5pm - 10pm Monday to Friday and you will be responsible for primarily handling email queries from customers and resolving issues.
Previous contact centre experience is strongly preferred for this role. Given the shift pattern you will ideally be able to drive and have your own transport.
