LH-Recruitment have the pleasure of partnering with our good client, who is looking for a Service Desk Analyst. The Level 1 Service Desk Analyst will work on resolving IT issues raised on our client's support platform from both internal teams and the customer base. This will involve resolution by using remote access tools for first line support cases relating to general IT systems, as well as the client's Wholesale Software products and Retail software products, including but not limited to Retail Power, Retail Manager (NCR), and Store Pro (NCR).

The analyst will also be responsible for the hardware warranty/out of warranty repair cycle, stock management, management of courier dispatches, and hardware configuration. The list of required tasks is not exhaustive and may change to reflect business needs.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • 1st line support experience
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also use initiative and work independently
  • Knowledge of all Windows Platforms
  • EPOS Hardware and Software Knowledge
  • Basic Knowledge of SQL

For this position, our client is offering free parking, pension, 21 days' holidays plus 8 bank holidays, and medical cover, with a salary between £18-24k.
