We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors for our client in Huncoat, Accrington. These are full time positions working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday and they are temporary for around 2-4 weeks, with an immediate start available.
Duties will include both inbound and outbound calls to discuss delivery issues with customers, take payments, track deliveries and deal with any general queries, making referrals and closing fault cases and responding to queries.
You will ideally have some call handling/contact centre experience.
