We’re recruiting for a 6-month contract opportunity with a global organisation based in stunning offices in Windsor. They are seeking an experienced HR Generalist with strong data skills and advanced Excel. The role supports the EMEA region and sits within a collaborative UK HR team.
You’ll focus on HR reporting, projects, data analysis, and system support, with a particular emphasis on Workday. This is a hands-on, office-based role offering variety and impact.
This is a 6 month contract and paying up to £60,000. You will be fully office based in stunning offices central Windsor.
Key Responsibilities the HR Generalist role are:
- Maintain and update HR data in Workday
- Provide HR reporting and insights for leadership
- Support system users and troubleshoot issues
- Manage employee lifecycle tasks, onboarding, and documentation
- Track absences, annual leave, and training compliance
- Involvement in HR projects and provide general HR admin cover
Skills required for the HR Generalist role are:
- Proven experience using Workday (essential)
