We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised PA / Admin Assistant to support a HOD working in a stunning rural setting. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same - ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. You will be office based in Godalming but may be required to travel to other offices upon occasion so a driver would be essential. The salary for this fantastic role is up to £28,000.
Main responsibilities for the PA/Admin Assistant role:
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings with calm efficiency
- Taking accurate minutes and tracking action points
- Organising and booking national and international travel
