We’re looking for a Senior Business Development Associate to join our Sales team, based in London. The successful candidate will be joining at a particularly exciting moment in our journey. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you’ll be critical in transforming digital fundraising in the UK charity sector — and also help build and grow a company of smart and passionate people. And create a real impact.
How you’ll contribute:- Engaging with medium and large UK charities to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets, selling market-leading online fundraising technology.
- Conducting the full sales cycle; including outbound prospecting via telephone, email and social mediums, value creation, deep discovery, delivering tailored pitches, and closing.
- Understanding the product-market fit and applying this towards problem-solving for your prospect’s needs.
- Keeping up to date with industry knowledge by identifying opportunities to learn; reading the latest industry blogs, building and maintaining your network and the opportunity to attend some industry events.
- Keeping up to date with latest competitor trends and product knowledge.
- Providing feedback to the Product team and escalating when needed.
- Develop strong relationships with the wider commercial teams including Sales and Customer Success to ensure all opportunities identified are maximised.
- Diligently maintain internal platforms including Hubspot, Intercom, documentation in Confluence and implement improvements when needed.
- Bringing enthusiasm, energy and motivation to an ambitious and collaborative team.
- 1+ years experience managing the full end-to-end sales process (preferably in SaaS) with demonstrated success in the role of hitting targets.
