An exciting opportunity has arisen for a conveyancing solicitor to join a small 3 partner practice. This is a great opportunity for an experienced solicitor with a minimum of 3 years experience.
As well as assisting with residential and commercial property transactions of all sizes ranging from high value properties to studio flats for use as a home or as an investment, they advise on the purchase and disposal of land, the sub-division of land and the refinancing of property.
Our Client offers a full range of services on landlord and tenant matters, including advice on lease extensions and the acquisition of freeholds subject to leases.
Their client base is diverse, from first-time buyers to mortgagees and sophisticated investors. They also receive instructions through buying agents, property finders and relocation agents.
To be considered for this role you will need to be
- A qualified Solicitor, with at least 3 years' post qualification experience
- Competent in running a conveyancing caseload, from inception through to completion without supervision
- Comfortable working in a high-paced environment with a busy caseload
