They are looking for someone with initiative, willingness and self-motivation who enjoys working as part of a team to manage workloads on a daily basis in line with team resource and customer required delivery dates.

The key elements of the role will include:

  • The End-User Services Consultant is responsible for growing the company’s footprint in both technology partners Services business across the UK.
  • Examples being:
    • Engineering Services
    • Training
    • Maintenance & Breakdown Services
    • Warranties
    • Parts Management
    • Service Support
  • This will be achieved by building strong relationships with customers and colleagues across the UK, and adoption of a solutions based selling model.
  • To act as a subject matter expert on our Service offer and support account managers to drive services opportunities over the line.
  • Supporting the wider Sales teams to successfully identify opportunities both immediate and long term, working as a specialist in Contractual / Non contractual service offerings.
  • Responsible for achieving the desired level of sales and profitability in line with the Company’s goals and objectives.
  • Work with account managers acting as the subject matter expert in Services.
  • Ensuring the wider sales teams are fully aware of all Services on offer.
  • Working with End User Team and Key account manager to formulate strategy and ensure its being carried out across the business.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BRING?

You will have experience solution selling in the B2B space. Experience in managing a sales territory. Good day to day planning skills are essential for satisfactory performance. Technical interests, specialist skills and experience are important for long term success. Knowledge of Automation and Control products. The ability to form friendly and trusting relationships will play an important part of the role.
