The Partner Success Manager (PSM) position is a key role to drive Partner Success through helping the company's partners achieve desired outcomes by use of the company's products and services. This position will be part of the Infrastructure Business Unit, reporting directly into the Infrastructure Business Unit Manager.
The Partner Success Manager's role will involve both post and pre-sales elements, and will work in complementary fashion with the Infrastructure Key Account Manager. This person will be customer-facing and technically competent, with a broad understanding of the System Integration business, and a strong willingness to learn and develop their technical capability as it relates to the Infrastructure market, as part of their medium to long-term career progression. Previous experience of working with OSi technology, either from a Sales/Business Development perspective, or from a technical/software development perspective, is a bonus.
