Commis Chef - £16K plus £4K in tips - Hove area - All fresh food gastro pub/restaurant
Busy all fresh food gastro pub/restaurant cooking to Rosette standard (everything cooked from scratch and fresh). We are a friendly bunch and we are looking for a competent Commis Chef to join the team.
Experience
A Commis Chef with all fresh food experience to join our friendly brigade of 6 in our all fresh food kitchen. We will continue to train and develop your skills further if you are keen to learn and you will work with some great Chefs. You could be a college leaver looking for that great opportunity or someone with a year’s experience. You need to have good knife skills, and know how to make stocks and sauces from scratch.
We are looking for someone who is hard working, passionate about food and cooking and who really wants the opportunity to learn and progress their Chef career.
Salary
£16K plus tips of £4K so £20K, 4 days on, 3 days off, 8 shifts.
