2AA Rosette fine dining restaurant near Haywards Heath in a rural setting but within easy reach of the mainline stations direct to London and Brighton is looking for a Pastry Chef to join their brigade of 6. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and aspiring Pastry Chef looking to work in a vibrant creative environment under the support of the Head Chef.
Experience
- Looking for a Pastry Chef with a minimum of 1 to 2 years experience in pastry.
- A Pastry Chef who has real passion for developing the pastry side of the menu and who wants to take ownership of this area.
- Ideally someone with previous fine dining kitchen experience cooking to AA Rosette standard.
You will be working in a kitchen brigade of 6 who are very supportive and friendly.
Salary
£21k to £23K. Accommodation available in a shared flat.
Shifts
8 to 9 approx. 50/54 hours per week.
