Chef de Partie required to work in a brigade of 9, cooking all fresh food to a standardised menu. Experience of working in a hotel kitchen or branded restaurant chain as a Commis Chef is essential. You need to be able to follow standards and have good organisational skills, to be able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment and to enjoy it. Flexibility to work different shift patterns, including weekends, mornings, or evenings is required.
Salary: £10.00 per hour - 40 hour week, NO split shifts, overtime paid.
