Restaurant: A very busy gastro pub/restaurant on a large site in a busy village close to Brighton. Our new kitchen is now completed so it's exciting times. All food is fresh and made to order from scratch. We use local suppliers and herbs from our own garden.
Experience: Looking for a Junior Sous Chef with all fresh food experience. Ideally Rosette or from a high-quality restaurant, gastro pub, country house or 4/5 star hotel. Working in a brigade of 7. Great opportunity for the right Chef to join a growing friendly kitchen and business.
