We are a high-end French Brasserie and one of the most well received openings of the year.

Based in Chelsea, the menu is a la carte, brasserie style operation and serving French seasonal cuisine.

The cooking focuses on British ingredients prepared with precision and contemporary technique What we are looking for We are now looking for a Chef de Partie who is highly organised, with good communication skills and enjoys working in a high-pace environment.

The ideal Chef de Partie must have experience in a similar role and knowledge of French or Mediterranean cuisine is a plus.
