Talent Guardian is currently seeking an experienced Finance Administrator on behalf of our client based in Poole. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, ideal for someone confident in managing a range of finance and credit control duties.
Our client is flexible so they will consider full time or part time hours
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sending customer account statements promptly and accurately
  • Chasing outstanding debts via email and telephone
  • Providing copies of invoices or credit notes upon request
  • Handling delivery account pull-throughs
  • Updating account commentary on internal spreadsheets
  • Performing general account housekeeping to ensure accuracy between invoicing and delivery records
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
  • Proven experience in finance administration or credit control
  • Strong communication skills and a confident telephone manner
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with finance/accounting systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Payrate Β£14.00ph - Β£15.00ph depending on experience
