Key Tasks and Duties, Actions and Responsibilities
- Ensuring the quality of new features and functionality of the Insight Legal Product Suite
- Investigating, reproducing and assisting the Development Team with resolving software defects
- Creating, maintaining and executing feature and regression test plans
- Following the Quality Assurance process guidelines in testing new and existing features and functionalities in our software products
- Taking ownership of and continually evolving the Quality Assurance process
- Working with the Support Department to maintain an excellent level of service and client rapport
- Maintaining list of features requested by our customers and providing updates for the Support Department
- Assisting with support ticket reviews
- Creating and maintaining documentation for new features, including release notes and internal guidance
- Creating internal training videos for new features
- Acting as a point of contact for YouTrack and Wiki, providing internal training for new starters
