Our client runs a dozen or so 4 star hotels across the North and due to some organisational changes, they are now looking for a couple of competent CDPs to join their team. The ideal candidates will have experience catering for large scale Banquet and Conferences as well as fine dining, however they hire on attitude so this is desirable not essential.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience of cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients and will confidently be able to demonstrate good knife and cooking skills. Experience of working in a busy kitchen is a MUST!

As Chef de Partie you will be very much working as part of the team, assisting with daily prep & ensuring that your section is always clean, organised & ready for service. A working trial can be organised at the site, where we can offer you accommodation if required for that evening.
