We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to work for a Professional Services firm based in Salisbury City Centre. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be providing support on all aspects of marketing, communications and business development for the firm, working closely with the Events Manager as well. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in organising and planning events.
Duties will include:
- Keeping social media platforms updated and monitoring how well they are doing
- Creating updates regularly for the company website
- Support with delivering marketing campaigns across email and social media
- Support with brand awareness
- Assist with event planning, and potentially some event management
- Attending events and making sure they run smoothly
This role will suit someone who has a real interest in marketing and events and a passion for customer service. The role is office based but you will be attending events and ensuring they run smoothly, which include meeting and greeting guests as they arrive representing your company. You will need to be professional, smart in appearance and highly organised, with the ability to work as part of different teams and sometimes alone. If you have a marketing degree or other qualification, this is deemed an advantage.
