We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to support a sales team with their administration and organisational duties to ensure each sale receives the correct attention to detail. This is a great opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation that cherishes its staff and is known for its impeccable service qualities to its customer base.
To be successful in the role you will need:
- Experience of working in a sales support, customer service focused environment previously
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to ensure each customer receives the best level of service
- Attention to detail is key
- The ability to correctly input key data into an internal database
- Confident using MS Office
At times you would be required to chase key information or liaise with colleagues to ensure all documents have been collated and verified to move the process along. You will play a key part in the customer’s experience and will be required to keep track of how each quotation is performing, so you can provide regular updates where applicable.
This is an enjoyable role and would suit someone who enjoys interacting with customers and a wider team daily. Hours for the role are 08:30am – 5pm M-F based in Salisbury. 25 days holiday + BH, free parking along with other benefits come with this position.
