We are looking for an experienced Service Administrator to join our client’s busy service department in Gravesend. This is a key role responsible for coordinating service operations, managing invoicing and documentation, and supporting the day-to-day running.
To be considered, you must have previous experience in a Service Administration role - this is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and process purchase orders and invoices for equipment, parts, and services.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices, particularly in relation to warranty terms and service agreements.
- Keep Health and Safety compliance documentation up to date.
- Maintain comprehensive machinery records, including service histories, specifications, maintenance logs, and inspection reports.
- Schedule contract servicing and repairs, and coordinate parts ordering.
- Support the repair workshop and liaise with hire desk staff and engineers to ensure efficient operations.
- Previous experience in a Service Administrator position - essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Full, valid UK driving licence.
- Salary: £25,000 - £32,000 depending on experience.
- Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:30pm.
- 21 days holiday + bank holidays (3 days to be used over the Christmas period).
