We are now partnering with Winback Group to appoint their Managing Director UK&I based in Ascot, South West of London. Founded in 2013, Winback is a fast‑growing French MedTech company (35% annual growth), recognised as a leader in the rehab industry with innovative, non‑invasive medical technologies such as TECAR therapy and cryotherapy. The company operates globally, with offices in seven countries, including one in Ascot, UK. Their solutions serve various segments: physiotherapy (rehabilitation, sports, women’s health), orthopedics, aesthetics and veterinary. Winback supports its clients with a strong Training Academy, offering initial to expert‑level programs, clinical protocols, and a digital e‑learning platform.
As Managing Director UK, you will be responsible for the strategic, operational, and commercial development of the UK market. You will report directly to the group CEO based in France.
Responsibilities- Define and execute Winback’s growth strategy in the UK
- Manage and lead local teams (a 12‑person team: sales, marketing, support)
- Drive the UK P&L and meet revenue and profitability targets
- Represent the brand and strengthen our presence with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and distributors
- Build and maintain key strategic partnerships
- Ensure local actions are aligned with the group’s global vision
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and US Office Manager
- Ensure compliance with UK regulations (medical, commercial, HR)

- Fluent in English (French is a plus).
