Mind Partner is a HeadHunting search firm with offices in London, Paris and Dublin. We are now proudly partnering with Actemium to find their new Business Manager for their Folkestone technical site.

Actemium has a strong expertise in Electrical Engineering (Electrical studies, HV/LV distribution, Video surveillance, Access Control) and in Control (Automation / Supervision, Low Voltage and Optical Fiber, Network Management, Industrial IT).
Actemium has recently set up a new Technical Center in Folkestone, and they are now looking to appoint their new Industrial Business Manager who will be in charge of their main industrial client projects while liaising with Actemium’s team in France.
You will report directly to the Head of Business based in France. You will manage autonomously all different phases of Actemium’s client project, from Design to Commissioning on Client site. You will be the main point of contact between the Client and the internal development teams.
- Analyse Client's functional needs and define them to specification.
- Participate in the design of tailored solutions and be part of the quoting phase.
- Be involved and animate all the project phases.
- Coordinate and supervise projects with the Design office in France.
- Manage all the testing phases for the programs.
- Guarantee Client’s satisfaction to the highest standard.
- Build and manage a team of two site Electrical Engineers.
About you:
- You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering - NQ level 6 or above with a minimum of 3 years experience in an industrial environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Autocad, the Office suite, CFO / CFA, Automation, Video protection.
- You speak French.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks Electrical software and the main electrical standards related to the company's fields of activity.
- You are well organised with excellent communication skills.
- You have excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesise.
- You have excellent customer service skills.
- You are a hardworking, driven and thorough professional.
- You work with methodology and you have the ability to manage the different steps in the project while being able to work on and meet strict deadlines.
- French would be a plus.
