Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for an Integrated Designer to join their business in the UK.
Position Type: Freelancing part time (2 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: London, UK
Responsibilities:
- Drive visual work from conception through to delivery on multiple projects across teams.
- Deliver best-in-class design to help maintain and develop the visual aesthetic of Client's Shop across all touchpoints.
- Support the traffic management and project management of Brand & Design Team BAU projects from ingestion through to delivery.
- Work across a variety of design projects and channels from Social Media, Blogs, landing pages to email collateral.
- Make confident design decisions and bring others on the journey with you.
- Present ideas and creative work to multiple cross-functional teams in a convincing and influential way.
- Seek and listen to feedback, and use it to further improve the work.
- Collaborate with other designers and creatives within the Brand & Design Team.
- Understand the product's goals, brand strategy, and local culture.
- Work on a fast-paced team where you may need to work on a number of projects at once.
- Digest and analyse briefs, turning them into engaging and impactful content for a multitude of marketing channels.
Minimum Requirements:
- Proficiency in motion design and static design.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to follow brand style guidelines and feel confident maintaining and producing consistent work.
- Ability to solve an array of challenges through visual design.
- Must be able to mediate creative problems to arrive at the best solution.
- Manage time effectively, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented individual who reviews his/her work carefully, quality control is key.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate with a team.
- Adept at Adobe Creative Suite, particularly AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- A comprehensive understanding of Figma.
- Good typographic and layout skills.
- Ability to present ideas in a clear and concise way to multiple stakeholders throughout a brief.
