Our client, a global and innovative social media company, is recruiting for a Seller Growth Manager to join their business in the UK.
Position Type: Fixed-term contract
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months, open to review thereafter
Location: London, UK
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement sampling inspection plans for seller leads in several new markets, provide effective samples and business recommendations to support the algorithm team in optimizing the model and improving lead quality.
- Explore methods to enrich seller lead data, such as category insights and public contact information, to better assess lead potential.
- Manage, implement, and track the performance of seller growth programs, including seller incentives and championships. Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail to ensure seamless operations and effective budget utilization.
- Assist with seller troubleshooting, community management, and the creation of seller-facing communications and educational materials to support seller growth.
- Handle additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Additional languages such as French, Italian, or Japanese is a plus.
- Collaborative and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
- Fast learner. Must be fast-paced, agile and resilient, able to plan ahead, adhere to shifting deadlines and business needs.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated, able to balance and manage multiple tasks and apply initiative and work in a pressurised environment.
- Demonstrated computer skills and familiarity with MS office applications. Data processing using SQL or Tableau is a plus.
- Knowledge about the EU market and eCommerce is a plus.
- Based in London and able to work on-site 5 days a week.
