Depending on your discipline and experience, you will support an experienced solicitor or partner.
- Conveyancing
- Commercial and residential conveyancing
- Lease renewals
- Refinancing and Bridging advice
- Working closely with banks and mortgage providers.
- Liaise with clients on terms and conditions, the sales packs and admin requirements for new files.
- Check anti-money laundering requirements and obtain opening file balances.
- Get Office copies available and assist with new contracts.
- Work with a qualified solicitor from instruction, raising enquiries, exchange of contracts and post completion requirements.
- Prepare completion statements.
- Close files and deal with administration for storage.
Requirements:
- Law graduate
- Ideally with 1-3 years of relevant experience of conveyancing in a Law Firm
