The client base consists of Residential and Commercial Developers, Investors, Experienced Portfolio Landlords and High Net worth individuals and of course residential property buyers and sellers.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced conveyancing solicitor with 2 or more years PQE to come on board to a ready-made client base with regular incoming business from quality clientele. A training contract for proven success is available.
Requirements
- All areas of Residential and ideally Commercial Conveyancing
- Open new files and conduct the appropriate searches.
- Handle the full life cycle of the conveyancing files.
- Residential sales and purchases, mortgages, and transfers of equities
- Make use of a good quality referred work.
- Re-mortgage, shared equity, and equity release on a high volume using a case management system.
- Lease extensions
- Commercial mortgages and lending knowledge
