Requirements

The medical negligence work includes:

  • Medical negligence.
  • Misdiagnosis
  • Psychiatric illnesses
  • Instructing counsel and experts
  • Communicating with the Defendants.
  • Gather and compile evidence
  • Assist in identifying any legal issues
  • Schedule losses and review statements and particulars
  • Assist the partner with ad hoc work for the department

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious medical negligence solicitor with 2 – 5 years of relevant experience to move into a busy, warm desk with lots of business and opportunity and further training.

Requirements:

Ideally Qualified but need to have 2+ Years experience in medical negligence.

Proven experience of medical negligence cases and dispute resolution

Keen to take on a busy and varied workload.

Happy to work on a 6 month contract 3, 4 maybe 5 days a week.

Able to work alone but happy to ask for advice when necessary.
