Requirements
The medical negligence work includes:
- Medical negligence.
- Misdiagnosis
- Psychiatric illnesses
- Instructing counsel and experts
- Communicating with the Defendants.
- Gather and compile evidence
- Assist in identifying any legal issues
- Schedule losses and review statements and particulars
- Assist the partner with ad hoc work for the department

Requirements:
Ideally Qualified but need to have 2+ Years experience in medical negligence.
Proven experience of medical negligence cases and dispute resolution
Keen to take on a busy and varied workload.
Happy to work on a 6 month contract 3, 4 maybe 5 days a week.
Able to work alone but happy to ask for advice when necessary.
