We opened Bone Daddies in Soho in 2012. We’ve grown it a bit since, but it remains small at heart and reflects food trends current in Japan today. We serve authentic Japanese Ramen, contemporary Izakaya and Yoshoku food, each in renowned chef Ross Shonhan’s unique style.

We currently have 6 sites in London (and soon to be growing!) and are in need of amazing chef de partie's to join our teams. The ideal chef de partie will love cooking, be a team player and have a natural love for Japanese food!

  • Up to £10.50 per hour
  • Every hour paid
