The Chef de Partie is an integral part of the delivery of great food to all our guests across our food outlets and is required to run a particular section of the kitchen. Working as a CDP is a hands-on role. Prepare, cook and present a range of dishes, assisted by other CDPs, Commis Chefs or Apprentice Chefs.

Who we're looking for:

  • Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role
  • Strong coaching skills and enjoys motivating a team
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Someone who takes great pride in producing high quality food at all times
