The Relais Henley , we're looking for a passionate and talented
Chef de Partie to join our ambitious kitchen team.
Working alongside our inspirational Head Chef and experienced brigade, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional dishes across our restaurant, events and private dining experiences.

What you'll be doing
As Chef de Partie, you'll take ownership of your section, ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
You'll work with fresh, seasonal produce and have the opportunity to contribute ideas to regularly changing menus.
Your responsibilities will include
- Running your section efficiently during service.
- Preparing and cooking dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
- Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in delivering outstanding food.
- Maintaining exceptional food hygiene, allergen control and health & safety standards.
- Helping minimise waste while maintaining excellent quality.
- Supporting and encouraging junior members of the kitchen team.
