The role of Internal Account Manager will suit someone who can create and maintain relationships with all levels of existing partners and target prospect accounts, and have the knack when it comes to nurturing brand new customers through their onboarding process while managing vital existing relationships.

Day to day activities:

  • Working closely in a small team on the shared partner base to ensure customers are operating at maximum potential.
  • Manage the pipeline of sales opportunities by working closely with our customers.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with key contacts at all levels within our customers.
  • Advise Partners on forthcoming product developments and updates.
  • Handle daily inbound queries from your assigned base to ensure timely help is provided.
  • Attend team meetings, sharing best practice with colleagues.
  • Being on the sales hotline to help with general sales enquiries.
