Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Zebra Technologies is seeking an Account Manager to spearhead our growth in the UK and Ireland hospitality sector.
This is a hands-on, field-based sales role where you will be the driving force for business development, managing key accounts, and shaping our presence across the region. You'll join a supportive, high-performing sales team with robust onboarding and continuous development support to ensure your success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage a named list of hospitality accounts, building strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
Generate and qualify a robust sales pipeline through high-volume outbound activity and proactive customer engagement.
Progress opportunities from initial qualification through to successful closure, ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and managed in our CRM.
Coordinate effectively with ISV managers, channel partners, and internal technical experts to secure and deliver on opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for your customers and virtually lead the internal account team to provide a seamless experience.
Qualifications:
A tenacious and self-motivated mindset with a demonstrable track record of creating and converting pipeline.
2-5 years in a sales or customer-facing role where you have demonstrated strong commercial aptitude.
Comfortable with frequent travel and a high level of customer-facing activity. A valid UK driving license is preferred to facilitate travel to customer sites.
- Exceptional skills in building rapport and managing accounts effectively.
Proficient with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus) and disciplined in pipeline management and forecasting.
