Inside Account Manager (IAM) for Barcode Supplies: We're building Zebra's European Inside Sales Hub. The Inside Account Manager (IAM) for Barcode Supplies is a sales professional responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of named customer accounts with a focus on Zebra's supplies offerings. This office-based role involves prospecting, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing business deals through virtual channels like phone and email. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our mission to capture a larger market share in barcode supplies to support our position as a market leader in thermal print. We are looking for someone with a true entrepreneurial mindset, who is ready to take on a new challenge and help us drive our business forward. You will be a key contributor to our sales team, driving revenue and ensuring customer satisfaction within the supplies market.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a target account list of customers, with a focus on driving sales across Zebra's portfolio of supplies.
  • Accountable for the end‐to‐end sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, and closing business to achieve sales quota.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision‐makers and personas within client organizations.
  • Leverage Zebra Sales Plays to proposition Zebra products and solutions, working with the right personas to support customer outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities, using CRM tools to track activity and manage sales forecasts.
  • Proactively share best practices with colleagues and seek out opportunities to share learning and successes, contributing to a collaborative sales environment.
  • Work closely with Regional Sales, Sales Enablement, Marketing, and Product teams to align sales efforts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, the competitive landscape, and product developments in the supplies market.

Qualifications:

  • Fluent French Language.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales cycle and account management.
  • Consultative approach, curious to understand customer challenges and solve.
  • Excellent English language level & understanding of UK&I market.
  • Confident working to sales targets, results‐driven.
  • Strong communication skills, able to lead impact teams to deliver well for our customers.
  • Determination to acquire and win new business opportunities.
