Yourconstruction are recruiting for a PA to join a large and successful Construction business with a head office based in Birmingham.

Fulltime hours: 8.30-5pm

Job Purpose: As an Executive Assistant, you will work closely with the Group CEO to accomplish their day-to-day tasks. You will be expected to handle a wide range of high-level administrative tasks including executive communication, handling of corporate documents and arranging events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making travel and hotel arrangements
  • Scheduling meetings into diaries
  • Organising CEO schedule
  • Preparing corporate documents
  • Planning and organising high level meetings/events
  • Supporting other Directors within the Group when required

Please note that this will change as the role and function to the business develops.

Person Specification:

  • Three years’ experience in a similar position
  • Ability to be proactive and to use initiative is essential
  • High quality verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and a strong ability to prioritise
  • Thorough attention to details
  • Helpful and approachable but sensitive to confidential issues
  • Professional and friendly demeanour
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • IT Skills, MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00 per year
