Electrician – Domestic & Commercial
Location: Edinburgh | Salary: £21 Per Hour
We’re looking for an experienced Domestic Electrician with commercial experience to join a busy electrical team working across a varied portfolio of projects throughout Edinburgh.
This is a great opportunity for an electrician who enjoys a mix of domestic and commercial work, from residential properties and rewires of older buildings to private schools and care homes.
The Role

Carry out domestic electrical installations, repairs and maintenance.

Undertake full and partial rewires in older buildings.

Complete electrical work across residential and commercial properties.

Work on projects in private schools, care homes and other commercial premises.

Ensure all work is completed safely and to the required electrical standards.

Work independently and as part of a wider team across a variety of sites.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified electrician with relevant industry experience.

Strong background in domestic electrical work, with some commercial experience.

Experience carrying out rewires in older properties.

Comfortable working across different types of sites, including residential, educational and care environments.

Reliable, professional and able to work independently.

Committed to high standards of workmanship, health and safety.
Salary & Benefits

Paid at the relevant JIB rate, plus an additional £1 per hour.
