Air Conditioning Installation Engineer
Location: Dudley and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE + door-to-door travel

We’re working with an established HVAC/air conditioning company based in Dudley who are looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning Installation Engineer to their team.
This is a great opportunity for an engineer with solid installation and commissioning experience across split and VRF systems, looking for a stable role with a good local employer.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the installation, commissioning and servicing of air conditioning systems across a range of commercial and domestic sites.
The role will involve:
- Installing split and VRF air conditioning systems
- Commissioning and testing systems to a high standard
- Carrying out fault finding and remedial works where required
- Working from technical drawings and installation specifications
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
- Travelling to customer sites, with some out-of-town work but not excessive
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service
About You
We’re looking for an experienced A/C engineer who has:
- Proven experience in air conditioning installation
- Strong experience with split and VRF systems
- Installation and commissioning experience
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- Relevant F-Gas qualifications
- A full UK driving licence
- A professional approach and good customer-facing skills
Location is important: You’ll ideally live within around 10 miles of Dudley, as the role involves travelling from the company’s offices.
