M&E Project Manager – Commercial Fit-Outs
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + £6,000 car allowance or company vehicle

The Role
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to oversee a range of exciting, large-scale commercial fit-out projects across the UK and Ireland. Projects include bowling alleys, leisure centres, casinos, multi-screen cinemas and state-of-the-art veterinary surgeries, with typical project values ranging from £500,000 to £2 million.
You will manage projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards. You will typically manage between two and four projects at a time, depending on their size and complexity, working closely with clients, contractors and internal teams across wider building services packages.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple commercial fit-out projects from start to completion.

Oversee project programmes, budgets, timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate contractors, suppliers, clients and internal teams.

Monitor progress on site and ensure projects remain on schedule.

Identify and resolve project issues, risks and delays.

Attend site visits and project meetings across the UK and occasionally Ireland.

Work collaboratively with teams covering mechanical, renewables, fire and security packages.

Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular progress updates.
About You

Proven experience managing large-scale commercial projects, ideally within fit-outs or construction.

Experience delivering projects from £500k upwards would be advantageous.

Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.

Willingness to travel across the UK and occasionally Ireland.

Experience with AutoCAD and Trimble would be beneficial, although training can be provided.
