Key Responsibilities
- Develop a strong understanding of your specialist market and become a subject matter expert
- Source, screen, and engage high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial outreach to offer stage
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both candidates and clients
- Conduct candidate interviews
- Work towards monthly targets
- Continuously improve your recruitment knowledge through internal training, market research, and performance feedback
About You
- Phone-based/B2B/B2C sales experience (preferred not essential)
