About the Role: Our client is looking for a friendly, proactive, and professional Property Customer Service Advisor to join our team. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and tenants, providing outstanding service across multiple communication channels. Whether it’s resolving queries, offering information on properties, or handling complaints with care, you’ll be a vital part of delivering an excellent customer journey in the property sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email and webchat in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide clear, accurate information on property listings, tenancy agreements, and other services.
- Resolve queries and issues relating to property management, rentals, maintenance, or transactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and manage expectations.
- Handle complaints calmly and constructively, escalating where necessary.
- Support the wider team with admin tasks and ensure customers are updated regularly.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer service role (property experience desirable but not essential).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a “can-do” attitude.
- Empathetic and patient with a customer-first mindset.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
