A fantastic opportunity for a motivated Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join an award winning, leading Independent agent, renowned for providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Schedule and conduct property viewings.
  • Assist in negotiating rental terms and agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records and support the lettings process.
  • Assist with market research and property pricing.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.
  • Experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Full UK driving license.
